Bansal Wire Industries IPO made a strong market debut today after listing at Rs 356 on the NSE and 352.05 on the BSE, an impressive listing gain of 39.06% and 37.52% over the IPO issue price of Rs 256. Listing reflects the strong investor demand and confidence in the company’s future growth and prospects.

Recently Bansal Wire Industries, conducted a highly successful IPO from July 3 to July 5 with QIB’s subscribing 146.05 times, Non-Institutional Investors 51.32 times, and Retail Investors 13.08 times their respective reserved portions, indicating strong confidence of investor’s among all the categories.

Bansal Wire Industries, is a well known stainless steel wire manufacturing company  in India , that serves sectors like automotive, general engineering , infrastructure, hardware, consumer durable, power and transmission , agriculture and auto replacement operating from four facilities across northern and western India. They source raw materials from major suppliers, ensuring quality, quantity, and competitive pricing for their diversified product range.

The main goal of Bansal Wire Industries First IPO offering was to Repayment or prepayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company and our Subsidiary; Funding the working capital requirements of the company and General corporate purposes.
